  1. Take a cutlet and put between to pieces of plastic wrap. I used a ziploc plastic bag..
  2. Take a kitchen mallet and beat the cutlets till evenly a 1/4 inch thick..
  3. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them..
  4. Add flour to another container for dredging.
  5. Same for the breadcrumbs..
  6. Dredge the cutlet through the flour.
  7. Dredge next through the eggs.
  8. Then finally roll in the breadcrumbs..
  9. Then fry till done. Move to paper towels. Should be crispy but done inside..
