- Prepare 1 of Mayo of your choice.
- Prepare 1 of Olive oil of your choice.
Gently stir in crab meat, being careful not to break up meat. Gradually mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. In a large bowl mix the crabmeat, capers, spring onions, lemon zest and half the juice with half the dill.
