- You need 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- You need 1 of egg.
- It’s 3 tbsp of old bay seasonings.
- It’s 1 of lemon.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce.
- It’s 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, tarragon and spring onions. Gently stir in crab meat, being careful not to break up meat. Gradually mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
