- You need 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
- It’s 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Granulated Garlic.
- You need 1 of Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Prepare 1 of Oil, as needed.
Mix in the spring onions, parsley and chilli. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, tarragon and spring onions. Gently stir in crab meat, being careful not to break up meat. Gradually mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved.

- When oil is hot, place patties into skillet and cook approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated completely through..
- Remove patties from skillet, and allow to drain on a rack or paper towels to remove excess oil..
