  3. Prepare 2-1/2 tablespoon of shredded Parmesan cheese.

Use it to perk up any salad leaves. A classic dressing recipe for a Caesar salad made with garlic, lemon, Dijon mustard, anchovies and extra virgin olive oil. Serve with a generous grating of parmesan and a final grinding of black pepper. It's my absolute favourite salad, with guaranteed savoury deliciousness in every bite! Finely grate the lemon zest and Parmesan into a large bowl. Slice and add the anchovies, along with the yoghurt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
