Ingredients of Beef w/ Broccoli

  1. You need slices of Beef steak.
  2. You need of Soy sauce.
  3. Prepare of Cooking wine.
  4. Prepare of Sesame oil.
  5. Prepare of Oyster sauce.
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Brown sugar.
  7. It’s 1 tablespoon of Corn Starch.
  8. Prepare of Broccoli.
  9. Prepare of Vegetable oil.
  10. Prepare of Garlic.
  11. Prepare of Ginger.

In an oiled skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak until cooked all the way through. Add a little more oil, then add the garlic and ginger to the pan. Cut flank steak lengthwise in half, then slice across the grain on a slant into thin strips. Marinate in mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, sherry and oil.
