- Into a blender jar add sugar, cardamom and grind it to fine powder.
- Into a bowl add maida and besan.
- Then add suji and give a quick mix, now add powdered cardamom and sugar.
- Now add salt, baking powder and mix all the dry ingredients well.
- Now add ghee and mix the ingredients to form dough (material looks dry add more ghee) use your fingers to combine for best results.
- Add more ghee and combine dough (do not knead just combine the material all together).
- Silky smooth Cookie Doug is ready, let's shape them (use can choose your desired shape, I kept it simple and circular).
- Place all the cookies in a baking tray (leave gap in between the dough, as the dough will rise up).
- Now take a deep pan / kadai place a ring as shown in the image below, cover and pre heat 10 mins on low flame.
- After 10 mins gently place the cookie tray in the pan, cover and bake on low flame for 15-17 mins.
